The two boy-band supergroups who performed together at Sunday's American Music Awards will launch the tour at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn, on June 2. The concerts will wrap up in Vancouver, B.C., on July 9.
A joint statement reads: "We can't thank our fans enough for their continued support. The love that everyone has shown to us and to this project is incredible. We can feel the excitement and we won't let the fans down. And with our new and elaborate stage design there won't be one bad seat in the house."
The double-threat groups performed onstage together for the first time at a sold-out NKOTB show at Radio City Music Hall in June.
On Sunday's AMA hook-up, they closed out the show and included runs through Backstreet's "I Want It That Way," and NKOTB's "Hangin' Tough." And they proved they still had the moves -- the AMA crowd got on their feet as Joey McIntyre, AJ McLean, Jordan Knight, Howie Dorough, Jonathan Knight, Donnie Wahlberg, Brian Littrell, Danny Wood and Nick Carter sang and danced.
Tickets for the shows are on sale now, with additional dates going on sale beginning Dec. 11.
